WHAT THE TRANSLATION COST CONSISTS OF

We calculate the translation cost based on the fee for 1 page of finished translation which is 1,800 characters including spaces and punctuation marks. An exception is made to such languages as: Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, and Hebrew, in which case the cost is calculated based on the Russian / Ukrainian text.
Our minimum charge for written translation is the price of 1 page or 1 document.
Our minimum charge for consecutive interpreting is the cost of 2 hours.
Our minimum charge for simultaneous interpreting is the cost of 4 hours.
The translation cost is inclusive of computer typing, editing, delivery of an electronic version of the translation, printing of 1 copy of the translation.
If you need an express translation, the cost depends on the volume, complexity, and deadlines. However, we would like to note that our Agency has enough resources to implement the most complex and large-scale projects under the tightest deadlines, at the rates most acceptable to the customer and to us.
If you need to translate a complex text requiring highly specialized translation skills and additional consultations with specialists having expertise in a relevant area, the price will be higher and we will calculate the cost only after reviewing the materials to be translated.
If you need to translate a text which requires the skills of using design programs, making complex layouts and formatting, the price will be higher and we will calculate the cost only after reviewing the materials to be translated.
Standard time needed to make a translation from/into common European languages is 1 day per 5-10 pages; Scandinavian, Oriental and rare languages - 1 day per 2-5 pages.
If you need an express translation under very tight deadlines, or if you expect us to make the translation you need immediately after you come to our office, we will be happy to help but we will charge a double rate.

According to statutory requirements, we may get the documents of Ukrainian legal entities authenticated with the Apostille stamp only after the legal entity concerned gives us its official letter on the legal entity’s letterhead, under its seal and CEO’s signature, which is addressed to the Ministry of Justice, requests document authentication with the Apostille and grants the necessary authority to the relevant person for performing this procedure.
